• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Initiative facilitator with senior management committee for apparel manufacturer. Institute constrained design, increase product introductions, and efficient product retirement to reduce time to market, improve inventory turns and product quality consistencies for product managers and merchandisers.

• Reduced aged inventory by 15% through reporting across disparate operational systems.

• Implemented Federated Data access with DB2 UDB and Websphere EII (Enterprise Information Integrator) to connect Mainframe DB2, Oracle DB and SQL Server DB and Excel XML data for Real Time data access supporting data warehouses. MS Windows Server used as middleware platform.

• Utilized Embarcadero ER/Studio to reverse engineer data schemas for metadata support of data reconciliation efforts to improve reporting by Business Object data warehouse group.
