Large CPG Food manufacturer

Provided Application and Infrastructure development support for R&D QA Specification group:

  • Managed multiple implementation teams over 7 years, for divisional CIO, totaling 25 technical resources.
  • Assisted Order-To-Cash SAP common systems implementation as SME for WMS, TMS, OTC functional criteria.

Following utilized Business Systems Integration, Data Integration, and Systems Optimization techniques.

S&OP

• Integrated forecasting, trade planning and customer P&L capabilities into a widely used sales analysis and business/financial management system.

• Logistical planning DP/IP/RP tool to streamline product production and distribution. Initiated supply chain management/planning, DSD and manufacturing execution systems. These systems achieved $2 million annually in inventory reduction.

• Cadre used to re-engineer data schemas for increased support. Built Operational Data Stores (ODS) in DB2 UDB to support data warehouse and planning tools data marts.

• Custom sales claims tool to manage 3% of sales revenue deductions for increased customer satisfaction. Managed web based development team utilizing JavaScript and DB2 interface.

• 20% reduction in time for product manager’s budgeting by improving shipment cost accrual reconciliation process for sales accounting.
